Returns

Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, we accept returns or replacements if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The wrong item was received
  • The order is incorrect due to our error

Return Request Window

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
